Gifted Endurance
Need to get working on that fielding sharpish. I'd do fielding probably all next season, get him to Expert at least. Then bowling till Exceptional, then Strength for most of the rest of the time.

Hey guys,

Any tips for training these players would be greatly appreciated.

Skills Summary
Batsman ordinary
Bowler capable
Keeper ordinary
Allrounder average
Skills
Batting poor Endurance reasonable

Fielding reliable

I'm currently trying to get him to accom fielding then thinking maybe a fitness pop then straight bowl/tech until he his spec then pump power? Thoughts?

Obviously the fielding needs a tonne of work, but where should I focus on after that?

Nice players for a new team :thumbsup
For the first guy I'd take fielding to outstanding then get bowling and tech to outstanding before another level of fielding then bowl/tech to spec than most likely be time for power.

2nd guy, I'd get fielding to reliable then keeper bat. I'd almost look at getting a decent 20y old at EOS. As This guys exp will let him down. Others may give you some different advice here though.

Third guy, similar to the first but batting

Thanks for the advice! Is Fielding not so important on a keeper?
