ok, i got another quick question.

What happens if all of your youth team is 20yo and then get promoted to the Senior team next season. Do you get a new crop of youth players or do you have no players in your youth team?
You get a bunch of rubbish players as replacements who are good for nothing. Think of England in the late 90s.
So, it can be worthwhile to have a reasonably balanced squad (age wise), or at least before the end of the season take stock of what you have, and what you're going to be left with next season and act accordingly.

Yeah, they will all be $400 waged 8k rating useless has beens, so not even worth waiting to see if they can be salvageable, they wont.

If your plan is to abandon Youths then by all means keep them. If not, might want to look at buying some semi decent 16yr olds that can be trained this season and start playing next season.

I've seen people quoting team ratings. Is this just the total rating of your squad, or is it the best 11?

Thanks.
Match Ratings is for the 11 that play the game the ratings are calculated for

Sorry if this has been posted like a 100 times, what would a good 16 to train on, is it worth training average+ only from 16yo?
For primaries (ie bat bowl) then starting from ordinary is fine
If you have a high level academy (superior plus) and the layer has a gifted talent then even poor early in the season is worth it

Each player is different, it might be worth posting a couple of your players in this thread https://www.fromthepavilion.org/forums/ ... &start=735 , this way you will get some ideas.

Finances Question

Weekly Academy Maintenance Costs: The approximate cost you will be charged at the next financial update to maintain your academy at its current level.

How close is the figure on the academy page to finance page and how often does this fluctuate. My last 2 weeks finances are a couple k below academy page but heading upward. What are the factors that see it increase/decrease weekly.

The amount can vary by changes in what everyone across the game spends on their academy, in most cases it will only be a few hundred dollars different.
Fluctuations can occur at any time as people change their academy, you are charged what it is at the time of the financial update.
