I just signed up this week and unfortunately I've been assigned a team which is about to get relegated to Div 5 in t20. My question is: is there hope to get saved due to a bot flush at the EOS?

Even in Div 4, so many of the teams are bots, so I can't imagine how boring it will be to go down into botworld for an entire season.

(PS: I had a team very early on in about season 7-10. Then took a looooong break and I have now returned again.)

As you are in one of the smaller countries then yes you will end up in div 4 after EOS

Is that accurate for the coming season?

2) Apparently I shifted from OD 4.1 to 4.4.
What has caused this shift of league within the same division?

But for the OD league, will teams keep shuffling around every season?

At the moment, yes. End of each season the bot teams shuffle to the bottom of the leagues and this causes the re-shuffle.

Whether management choose to change things in future we don't know...

Not every season, but it's quite common for teams to be moved sideways at EOS! Not sure exactly why, presumably something to do with balancing the strength of leagues within the same division. This seaon my main team has been moved to a much stronger Div 3 one-day league than the one I was in before.
