S47 OD Tour 1 - 2nd Place
A pleasing promotion in our first tour, even if by a narrow NRR margin in the end. Good start to the first of four OD tours building towards WC qualification.
Next up, the last T20 tour prior to WC qualification being determined. aarong is leading this one for us and I'm sure will be in touch with details around squad announcements next week
Thanks as always for the support of the Canadian community

Re: Canada NT S47 & S48
Promotion secured straight away back to Division 2.
A hard fought battle finishing 2nd to the hosting Sri Lankan team, who deservingly finished top.
Back to back promotions after the successful OD tour a couple of weeks ago, fingers crossed we can keep the momentum going.
A week of friendlies before deciding on the squad for the next tour that starts in a couple of weeks.
We are in the process of releasing some of our talents from the squad and getting in some fresh faces for the longer OD games.
As always, please get in touch with the Canadian management with any feedback.

Heartbreaking to lose out on WC on a tie-breaker, but promotion to Div2 is a good step towards making the following edition
Will be back in touch about selection for the next OD Tour
Thanks
