Unfortunate 3rd game loss. Went down to the wire, to then lose by 1 wicket.

3 drop catches and a missed runout does not help, especially in close games like this. Also, too many extras at the death playing a part.

Jake Waterman and Wade Case both deserve mentions as they played out of their skins once again, Case posting 55 and taking 3/41, Waterman posting 23 and taking 5/43.

Unfortunate to lose a game that could have gone anyway, but we take it and move on.

On to the next game, taking on the Dutch. Need to secure the win if we want to promote, so here's hoping the lads can push hard and take it home!

4th game was a shame, and a loss we didn't want or expect.

Players were solid all tour but took their foot off the gas during the game. Nothing more to say really, except that it almost took away our chances of promoting to Div 1.

5th game was a lot better! Taking Pakistan to the cleaners and adding to what was already a poor display for them. If the results went the right way, we could have still promoted given we had the best NRR in the group, but it wasn't the case.

Good tour from the boys, played hard and survived quite easily!

I'd like to thank all the players and managers of players on tour! We got to finish the season off in a solid way.

Now onto next season and building a stronger and more formidable Canada team!

The first game is done, and in a regular fashion, the boys have made it 1 from 1! Boys fought solidly throughout with no massive concerns, although fielding can always improve!

Special mention to both Abrams and Eldridge! Saving the lads from a collapse and leading them to a much-deserved victory after a solid bowling display.

On to the next game against South Africa, and hoping to make it 2 from 2 to start off!

After what seemed a great end to the season by promoting to Div 1 in One Day for the u20's, looking strong for the World Cup, it wasn't to be.

Starting strong with a solid display against England, before a very tight and unfortunate loss to New Zealand by 2 runs in the last over. Australia blew us out of the water before losing another 2 tight contests. I, like any other manager, would consider this world cup campaign a failure. But to build on that, we will come back bigger and stronger to reclaim the title and bring the trophy back home to Canada.

Thank you to both my assistants and all managers who had players selected over the past 2 seasons. Much work has gone into building a foundation and some results have shown positives of this work put in.

Until next time, hopefully, there will be more exciting news! :party

Thank you to everyone who voted for me to continue my tenure!!

I look forward to, along with my assistants, continuing the progress we have made.

Exciting times with Div 1 for one day this season, and here's hoping we can bring the title home, as well as qualify for the T/20 WC, and string together some results
