Rubbish pull this week but there was a nice double pop for my 20 yo allrounder who moved up to accomplished batting and expert bowling.

You could probably go any way and not really be wrong. With the poor endurance and power I might not go down the allrounder route but poor isn't exactly terrible either and they do have skilled power.

With the youth team now until 20, I'm wondering whether reliable is now the base target for fielding.

Thoughts?

At the moment, I'm not sure I'm going to change much with their training but that's because my academies are at the same level so I don't think there's any real need to change. I generally finish off their fielding at 20 (and early 21) so will probably carry on doing that unless the requirements for national players change.

I guess I could mix things up a bit to see what I think works best. So fielding to reliable/accomplished might not be a bad way to go before going back to primaries.

I'd probably rule out AR if it was my player. However that's mainly because I nearly always exclusively play accumulator bats on defensive, and as Philly said endurance is from a low base. I love triggered talents so I'd probably go pure bat, however if you need a keeper he'd do an alright job at that as well I'm sure!

I already aim for reliable minimum on my 19 year olds, so I was considering going up to accomplished/expert at end of 20.. Maybe a bit overkill but depends on the player I suppose!

Average/Ordinary with decent lower order batting and endurance, pretty happy with this pull and it should help with the double league situation if endurance becomes more of a thing in youths going forward!
