We've got lots of Mediums of similar ability in that age group, so it's hard to say but his secondaries + a talent could help.

If your academy level is high, then he may have a good chance of getting in the squad at some point.
well, my academy level is deluxe. so ill take it as yes. :party :dance

Happy with the secondaries on this bloke and handy talent. Will be going pure bat so annoyed at the high bowling rating.

Every week...just don’t always have good pulls to show off

Nice pull mate, makes training easy, 5 seasons of bat tech with some fielding chucked in there for good measure

At least there is no spare ratings in keeping, would be worse if he had average keeping.

Hey Guys,
A bit out of the loop with standards for U-20's (was U-19 when I managed) was wondering if this guy was likely to be needed?
And if so, do you want some Strength Training?

Hey mate

I would advise managers against training strength before they are 23/24.

If I were in your shoes I’d look at a few fielding pops to accomp, which should also pop the tech, then put back onto bowling training.

The bowlers touring at the moment to give some context are exp/exp primaries with reli+ fielding. Prodigy talents helps however the training speed is largely impacted by your youth academy level.
