Yeah he is a monster.. gifted tech and he would be massive. Given he is only a med, you could go straight bat. However, I certainly would not go straight bowler. That said I would train him as an a/r. What I would do is alternate fielding and bowl tech. Once tech and bowling are higher than batting with tech higher than bowling I would switch to a/r and fielding. The one negative for doing this is his endurance; however, that does train quickly so is fixable but I wouldn't do that until he is quite a lot older.

I would go for the BH as a straight bat - Having an FM a/r is useful but I think the tech is too low, so for me the med as the a/r.
