Random Player Availability Bug

If I understand the bug correctly, this player:
https://www.fromthepavilion.org/player. ... Id=2729791, is about to turn 16.05.
I can pick him for this week's YT20, but can't see him for the YOD game later this week.
I don't have a similar aged player in my other team.

For
match 7129079 (Youth T20), I can't select
player 2730076, but wierdly he can be selected for the 40 over games.
