This one was a bit closer than expected ...the fact that we have only one AR (that too more of a bowler who can bat) making it a bit difficult to pick the best attack and also make sure we can bat through on bowling friendly wickets.

We now play the two stronger teams (based on the table - Nos 2 and 3) ...one win may be enough to promote.

Tough break not getting promoted lads, but you are in line for a T20 WCand are in a great place to push in next season.

That fifth game was so frustrating ...with a ninth wicket stand blocking us. Thankfully, I was on a flight and didn’t see it live :p

This was a decent tour ...could’ve ended promoting with some luck.

thanks paulos. we need it. Even after 3 wins out of 4, its pretty much a win tomorrow vs Eng, else we look at NRR + NZ beating Netherlands to go through. Eng NRR is too high

The 2 run loss to Netherlands hurts

Grrrr. Lost in last over with 26 to defend in 2 overs. 2 close losses by 2 runs and with 1 ball to spare eliminates us

And Netherlands won two games by 2 runs and today by 1 run!!!

Tough luck. Looks like England had a Finisher on A ...he gotta
25 off 8 - can’t do much about that.

Yes I would have taken 26 of last 2 defending 150 on uneven any time. Should've pulled it off most of the time. Maybe D orders could've helped. Just one of those days.

I saw alsy. Bad luck. Eng & Dutch screw u20 while aus and other results flel in line to eliminate seniors.

On to a new season ...though the squad is more or less settled this time since 20 is the new 19.

We’ll be looking at some of the 19yos to figure out if anyone can make the cut ...but for now, don’t see many changes to the top 20 players atleast.

Gaps we had were quality ARs & wrist spinners & we need to hunt & fill those for future, else we were mostly fine

Yup ...absence of ARs is a problem ...Sheridan is fine but a seam
bowler who can bat is missing. There is one decent player available but picking him would mean weakening the bowling - worth looking at though, especially in certain conditions.
