I don't think so. I believe at EOS his wage is updated but he stays at 16 and 2 weeks.

I guess with the change in ageing, time of season no longer matters. Every pull starts at proper age 16 and zero weeks
True but he will still turn 17 in two weeks wont he?
No. He will turn 17 when he completes 14 weeks. And this is with retrospective effect ...so you may discover a few gems in your youth squad who you may have considered also ran players - if you kept them that is :)

And we need to be on our toes for U20 games, no idea who is eligible to be on tour or not and maybe need calculators :D :D

Need to pick only guys who are 20y12w or below

They really need to indicate the true age of the player then.
Hopefully it will be included in the Eos updates.

No, I'm sure they will do that but while selecting for nats, we need to remember to pick only 20y12w since 2013w or 20y14w will turn 21 before nats. Hope that gets reflected in squad automatically like you said. So I won't have 20y13w even available for selection

I think the notice said anyone who is under 21 at the time
team selection deadline ends can play on youth tours. Shouldn’t be that difficult while picking the squad to tour. But planning for a couple of tours ahead would need some more work as players can suddenly disappear when they turn senior.

Seems like a good job to assign to the assistants then. :ninja

It will be ingeresting going forward how it all transpires, but the prospect of 15 weeks developing 16yos will give a massive boost to the farms.

Just as I was trying to get into senoirs.

Yes it will. But it may kill the TM except for psycho pulls. Also one would need to sell more players than one normally does. Atleast that’s what I think ...let’s see how it goes.

oh ok, that at least is better, but yes, we might need purging & updating squads multiple times as players age to 21

I am not sure what to make of this guy. In the old system I would be delighted with him in the first week of the season. Now that everybody is a week 0 pull I don't think he is as good as his wage indicates

Still I wouldn’t mind getting someone like him. He is effectively Cap bowling and with 4k+ spares, hopefully Fielding to Reas/Cap will get him a Tech pop too. I would put him on Bat Tech post that to bridge the tech gap ...and then see how it goes. He’ll be a handy player I imagine. That Endu is a challenge though, I agree.

I put him up for sale and he went for 17k. So the market didn't think much of him also
