E. Mohammad (rf) 4-0-46-1, P. Parker 21 (13b), F. Reza 74 (40b)
End of over 20 (16 runs) - Bangladesh U20(191-4) RR 9.55

I know any score is chaseable on flat or hard, but I feel like this just got out of hand the last 5 overs

Hard/Cloudy and Bangladesh have gone with three spinners. Somehow we're looking like falling short

S. Haider (lws) 3-0-28-0, J. Mahmoud 60 (43b), H. Sa'eed 5 (4b)
End of over 14 (8 runs) - UAE U20(110-1). 82 runs required from 6 overs. RR 7.86 RRR 13.67

Bangladesh U20 won by 14 runs

S. Haque (rm) 4-0-41-0, H. Sa'eed 37 (22b), Y. Jabir 15 (5b)
End of over 20 (15 runs) - UAE U20(177-3). 15 runs required from 0 overs. RR 8.85 RRR

Undeserving win for Bangladesh, but it happens in T20. Onto game 3 - need to start winning tomorrow if we are to survive the division.

Love the commentary Hepp :clap

Another day, another UAE loss....

Now I don’t won’t to put any blame on anyone here but since these write ups were started I am seeing a lot more losses than wins. It is proven science that there is a direct correlation with these write ups and losses. 🤔🤔🤔

Better news at the toss. They didn’t give Quinten the coin and it resulted in winning the toss. Sadly he didn’t follow up with any on field form...

Tour Match # 1
VS 🇧🇩
Result: 🇧🇩 win by 14 runs

The Match in a tweet: Bangladesh scores a quantity of runs. UAE fails to make that same quantity of runs.

Man of the Match:
Faisal Resa 🇧🇩

Our best:
Junaid Mahmoud - 79 runs at a steady clip.

Hanif Sa’eed - 37 runs and not out. Also took a catch in the field.

190 was always feeling a stretch too far and proved to be just the case despite Mahmoud and Sa’eeds efforts with the bat.

Fielding was a little better today but still 4 misfields and a drop.

Tune in at 0900 tomorrow as we go and try to steal some luck from the Irish.

Just thought I’d swing by and see how you fellas are getting on. Unlucky to be taken apart that that finger spinning attack on cloudy/hard...I need to start employing more finger spin in these conditions obviously...

As mentioned in-game, I will be awarding a months membership to the player who scores the most fantasy points for us on average. I will be doing this for every tour and will look to increase prizes based on the interest.
Will you be doing this retrospectively for previous tours? :think
Player of the Tour:
Salman Kardal- Overall player of the tour in terms of fantasy points. Key contributor with bat and ball with 103 runs @ 34.33 and 6 wickets @ 19.00 apiece in 3 games.
Just jokes...carry on!

0.42N. Saleem to Deane : [dropped] Edged, and straight through Hakim for 2. Shoddy keeping there.

Tour Match # 3
VS 🇮🇪
Result: 🇮🇪 win by 41 runs

The Match in a tweet: Cancel crowds at the cricket and cancel T20 - it’s just not worth the health risk for the fans (my achy breaky heart).

Man of the Match: Conor Chapman 🇮🇪

Our best:
Yardeen Shareef - WON THE TOSS!!!
Also made 74 and was the only bat to really show anything today.
Hope Quinten was paying attention because that’s a captains knock.

BOO T20 is a joke. Let’s blame the game format because that helps me feel better about yet another loss (I’ve not written a win post about T20 and this is the 8th T20 post - I’m getting desperate at this stage. Need the great Crowverlord and the Bunker Gods to shine on UAE tomorrow as we take on Sri Lanka).
We can still avoid the drop here if we win the last two and have results go out way. I have faith.

Tune in at tomorrow at 0900 as we take on Sri Lanka.

Yeahh we were expecting a rough tour with these pitches and the quality of our faster bowlers other than Saleem (we've got a few good 19yo FMs coming through though) . Ireland put up a good score and they've got a good pace attack so was always going to be tough to get that.

Actually, I'm thinking of taking 1 months membership from each manager following this tour

Just went through the commentary of game 3. Similar story to game 2.

We'll mix things up for the rest of the week and with a bit of luck could get out of the division alive.

E. Mohammad (rf) 4-1-24-1, T. Amerasinghe 11 (8b), R. Coskerie 0 (0b)
End of over 20 (14 runs) - Sri Lanka U20(162-2) RR 8.10

Generated our first chance in the 15th over (dropped it), managed a run out in the 18th, and then took a wicket on the last ball of the innings. Couldn't be more disappointed in our bowlers today. The fact we kept them to 162 with so many wickets in hand tells me this is more of a bowlers wicket and we will fall short by 20-30 runs.

B. Jaldeen (rfm) 1-0-6-2, A. Hadi 3 (8b), J. Mahmoud 0 (0b)
End of over 2 (6 runs) - UAE U20(8-2). 155 runs required from 18 overs. RR 4.00 RRR 8.61

Only took Sri Lanka 12 balls to take more wickets than us
