So we have won the final tour and promoted back into Div 2, where we started this tenure.

We have qualified for the T20 wc and have virtually secured a spot in it for next season.

On behalf of the management team, I would like to thank all of the managers of the players we have used in the past 2 seasons.

If he was 16 I would say AR but given he is 17 and his talent I would go as a batsman
Get the fielding up, hope for a quick tech pop then plenty of bat/tech

i guess you could put him on aR for a couple of weeks and see if bowling pops
the tech should pop quickly too nd that would help you

capable field and accom primaries is much the go these days when they turn 19
We have some reliables but normally with talents or very good strength/endurance

Jakins looks good, pump the bowling, he has all he makings of a good player for us
Mountain needs fielding first then more batting, could make it as well
Graveney fielding again, it trains faster at younger ages so best to train it first then go to primaries
Probably AR for Graveney after that but will depend on academy level
Roebuck, fielding then plenty of bat/bat tech. He probably needs power too but that can wait until he is 19

Those 4 are probably your best chance especially Jakins
If you drop me a msg in game with your academy level, I can go thru it in more detail if you want

It will depend but generally within one level of their primaries
