Didn't see this so I'm sorry for the late reply. Feel free to send a message to any of us on the management team if you haven't got a more immediate response through the forums.
With Fouche, after this week, I'd train his fielding to outstanding first then get his bowling and technique to exceptional/exceptional and we'll go from there.
At this stage he is a good chance to become a NAT player.

Nice player. I'd go bowling for another level or two first and then smash out the fielding to outstanding.
