Re: The "How to Train?" topic (part 2)
Fixing skill problems with my seniors. When is an ideal time (age wise)? I have a few skill problems i want to fix eg: low field, low end and low power. When is optimal against prim training for those skills? Is it worth pushing lagging skills (eg endo to reas field to cap/reli ) at an early age?
I know fielding trains best at 16 and in youths so i would assume it still trains the quickest at 20 for seniors.
Power ive heard starts to pick up efficency around 24ish and grows from there.
Endo Im not to aure as to when the best time to train is?

Endo is the same from 16 to 30, drops away after that
Strength is best between 23-27
Fielding is best done between 16 and about 22 ish, 25-26 onwards starts to be a little too slow

Also again for training prims, what approach is best, alternating prim/tech? I remember hearing tech trains slightly quicker? is that correct?

If you intend to keep him, definitely a keeper.
Actually, I'm not sure how I would train him. Prob fix fielding and tech first, then try and get bat/tech to ord/ord before putting on KB I guess...

What's the accepted wisdom for training power on youths? I got this guy who looks promising but dreadful is an oof. Wait until he's accom/accom at 19?

If he was mine I would concentrate on getting his bowl/tech to acc/acc then use AR trng after that
