Being HG I have a 17yo keeper and too many medium bowlers, bat it will be

What skill level or wage do you normally keep as a HG player for seniors? Or at 20. I’m looking at Acc/acc with around 3-3.5k wage minimum. Oldest players I’ve got so far are 22.

That’s the general minimum, albeit I have a couple of seniors that were below that, sometimes you just have to make do, e.g. I have Hawke in my senior squad because he’s a WS and I’m really short of young spinners. He won’t play much but will provide cover if I’m on a spin track in 5 seasons time..

Yea not sure the last time I had a decent NBB, Probably Carl Von Ossietsky who I picked up on the TM at 20yrs old.

Hopefully this guy can be as good of a bowler as the Von
