Sorzano - be a shame not to use the opener talent. If you need an AR prodigy might help but if a rfs isn't that interesting go pure bat

Hey guys! Recruited this keeper just now. Any tips on how to train him as a keeper as efficiently as possible (I'm conscious that he has atrocious technique) would be much appreciated.

To be honest I wouldn't bother - you could pick up a better keeper on the TM for not much ££. The atrocious tech is a killer really (also atrocious power and experience doesn't help).

Unless he's close to popping Keeping, I'd just go for training him as a batsman. So fielding to reliable, then Batting to reliable, then alternate fielding and batting.
Alternatively you could take a risk of going keeper-bat and hope for an early keeping pop.

If you have a top academy then AR is worth considering, get fielding to reli then AR to see what pops

If you have only a middling academy then I would consider the same but AR until bat pops then bowl/bowl tech for a while
