Hi

I have this player, not sure if he is any use

Thanks

Matt

Sebastian Fisher USA
16 years 5 weeks old | 24,511 rating | $991 wage | Right hand batsman | Right arm Medium | Gifted (Power), Seam Specialist
poor experience | reasonable form | rested fatigue | average captaincy
Batting ordinary Endurance ordinary Fielding poor
Bowling reasonable Technique ordinary Training Bowling
Keeping dreadful Power average
He should be alright at club level depending on your academy level. Mediums aren't massively desirable as they're fairly common but I personally like having at least one in my squad (I've got a couple in my youth team at the moment).

He needs fielding training though (fielding helps generate wicket taking oppurtunities and helps keep your opponents runs down) and you don't want to let the bowling get too far ahead of the tech so I'd say try to keep it within one level (so you don't really want it any further apart than it is now). I'd recommend you get his fielding to at least average now and possibly reasonable if you decide to keep him.

I'd also recommend selling some players as you get over overcrowding penalties to your training if you have more than 23 youth players and/or 22 senior players.

Hope that helps. :)

Just quietly is it worth a few batting levels?
If the fielding wasn't poor then maybe there would be time for some batting but I don't reckon so. I'm not an expert on training though.

I agree with what Cyrus said in the other topic. Allrounder (especially if you've got a decent academy) and get the fielding up to reliable or thereabouts.

Hmmmm
Lavish academy
Options ? I’m leaning all rounder till batting is reliable then bowling.
I think I'd just go bowler and make him an international quality fast bowler (if you can give him gametime to get that experience up). Perhaps I'd go to reasonable batting but I personally wouldn't go any higher than that. He can still make use of that BH talent lower down the order.

He'd be an okay allrounder with nice talents but you'd probably only get him to base exceptional bowling and tech at best if you go allrounder (depending on your senior academy). That poor endurance for an allrounder and OBB could be a problem. I'd prefer a proper international RF to more of a bits and pieces allrounder who's not that good at batting and no more than a decent quality club bowler.

Normally for training, I like getting the (youth) fielding done first and get it to reliable or accomplished and then work on bowling tech/bowling. With his experience and his need for games, I might balance it out a bit more and keep his primaries/tech level with his fielding whilst he's a youth so he can contribute more with the ball a bit earlier.
