C. Moses (rws) 9-0-76-1, C. Argall 107 (120b), P. Seitz 14 (11b)
End of over 43 (10 runs) - Sledgingshire(200-6). 65 runs required from 7 overs. RR 4.65 RRR 9.29
We were in such a good position earlier but it's starting to look like Argall has played a match winning innings for them.

No wickets down at Drinks, but run rate creeping up. Whether we make it depends on how we react when first wicket falls (could well be just after drinks - normally get one after the break).
St. Marks Hill Strollers won by 11 runs
M. Vaholiya (lws) 10-0-59-2, L. Abbey 3 (7b), L. Crossan 33 (24b)
End of over 50 (4 runs) - Crestfallen Sidekicks(318-9). 12 runs required from 0 overs. RR 6.36 RRR 0.00
Disappointing, but not entirely unexpected collapse. 237-1 to 318-9, including 3 batsmen getting first ball ducks on a Sunny/Flat. Four defeats on the bounces had turned what looked like a good season into another desparate fight against relegation!

A lot closer than I would have liked considering we were doing well when we first got the 5 down. A personal best for Argall got them right back in it and if it wasn't for a couple of wickets late on for Ten Dam then I think we would have lost that. As it is we are now only 4 points off taking the title. It's not done until it's done though.

Gildershire v South London's Number One CC >> Match Ratings
Match Ratings
Gildershire South London's Number One CC
Batting - Top Order 6,627 4,792
Batting - Middle Order 3,402 3,898
Batting - Tail 2,912 2,737
Bowling - Seam 4,298 (12) 5,718 (16)
Bowling - Spin 2,304 (8) 5,298 (4)
Fielding/Keeping 4,709 6,263
Overall 80,483 89,936
really good performance, winning by 8 wickets with almost half our overs remaining. Our ratings will probably drop to 85K or so when Musyoka gets promoted next week, but after that we have Kiely at 19.11 and our next oldest is Mcpharlin at 18.13, so hopefully if we improve at roughly 1K per week, we should end next season with a team around the 100K mark, and hopefully around 115K come the end of the following season. A slow process but think it'll be worth it in the end.

Re: England League and Cup Discussion
Green pitch and we were made to bat first.
I've gone with a slightly weaker bowling line-up and I'm also missing Liberatore from the batting. Some of the bowlers have done well in other games so it'll be interesting to see if they can step up again.

End of over 1 (4 runs) - Ruff Royals(4-0) RR 4.00

I'm not sure that's going to be enough. Only 2 runs coming off the last over could be the difference between winning and losing.

I'm very happy with that win. Roberson (4-13) was excellent with the ball and Clouston was also good. We move to the top of the table by 2 points, I think.

Playing top today and with no chance of prize money I thought it best to pick some prospects, it's still possible to relegate but we are most likely to avoid the drop.
