Hi!

As a new U20 Assistant, one of the things that I've wanted to establish is a thread dedicated to the monitoring of the future of Zimbabwean cricket.

Thanks to epcguy for the green light on this new thread!

Here twice a season, I'll look to update the list of key players at 16, 17 & 18 years olds. The goal of this thread is to ensure that managers can see where roughly their youth prospects sit / who the management team have an eye on.

If you also want to add your youth pulls, we'll hopefully have a cleaner page and more engagement, to talk about your youth pulls or just to show off 8)

Any questions feels free to shout up!

I'll be emailing managers to confirm plans / players are in the right role in the middle of the week

Thanks mate! I'm excited to see if managers enjoy seeing if their prospects make the list in their age group / position!

But if your Jackson brothers are anything to go by, I'm sure your youth pulls will deliver! :)
