it stays alphabetically in nats orders though and does not go on squad numbers, any ideas if that could be edited, I know it has been asked before.

A few questions:

1. Approx how many training pops can a youth player get per season and how much does that decrease as they age? Asking for an academy level of 'inadequate'.
2. Adding to that, how fast do player skills decrease after they turn 30?
3. How much of an increase to training speed does each academy improvement provide?
4. What exactly are sticky orders. Didn't get it from the guide.

As for question 3, I believe training speed increases 3% for each level. That's equal to about 3 days over the course of a season.

There is a minimum wage spend for both squads, $30,000 for seniors and $15,000 for youths. If either squad does not meet the minimum then you will be charged these values.

Just means that if your senior wages add up to less than $30,000 you will still pay $30,000 in senior wages for the week. And similar but $15,000 for youths.

But as you saw, you get a season (approx) to get over those limits.
