Re: Ireland NAT Thread
“Hello fellow managers,
I am standing for the role of Senior National Manager for Ireland in this election.
Over the seasons, I’ve built experience in squad management, youth development, and tactics. My aim is to:
Select the best possible senior squad based on form, fitness, and skills, not bias.
Balance experience with new talent, giving promising players a chance without weakening the team.
Communicate with club managers, so training plans and national needs work hand-in-hand.
Be transparent in decisions – explaining selections and strategies, so every manager feels involved.
Push Ireland up the rankings with smart tactics suited to different conditions.
I care about building not just a competitive senior side for today, but also a sustainable pipeline for the future.
If you give me your vote, I’ll give Ireland my commitment, my time, and my best efforts to take us forward.
Thank you, and I look forward to working with all of you to make Ireland stronger on the world stage.”

That's strange. I would have thought those who voted for you would have been interested in helping the team?
