End of over 50 (12 runs) - Inchigeela Angels(251-9) RR 5.02

Also on a dry pitch and they got even more than Gully Boys did. It wasn't looking too bad when we had them at 172-6. I don't think we've got any chance of a win here especially with it being windy. Pretty much a damage limitation exercise now.

a comfortable enough 7 wicket win in the end, was worried at 4-2 but thankfully one of our more experienced bats came through for us with an unbeaten 92. Definitely a closer game than I was expecting so fair play to opps, but the win is all that matters!

Didn't even get close. A bad result as it's not only hit my NRR, but the bottom two have both won, which has tightened the league back up again. In for a real '8-pointer' next week!

It went down to the last ball and we needed 5 runs to win. Issa was on strike and hit a long hop for 6 to win us the game! Issa got the man of the match with 81 not out from 84 balls as we successfully chased 251.

It was a very handy win and we're now 12 points clear of the relegation zone with 4 games to go.

Happy enough with the total, but need early wickets against their quality top order if we are to defend this.

It seems I forgot to pick my team so didn't replace the 2 players away on international duty. The game decided to bring in a bowler, Clouston, as the opening bat (it also decided that he would bowl too which was handy). So, naturally, we were put in to bat first and Clouston was out for 34 from 32 balls in an opening partnership of 77.

It all went a bit downhill from there as not long later my 3 most senior batters were dismissed by McPetrie getting a hattrick.

Clarke top-scored for us with 72 from 46 balls. Clouston was 2nd best with his 34. It was an okay score but I certainly think Relegation reprobates would be favourite from here.

really needed a win today to boost our survival chances, and fortunately we scraped over the line with a ball to spare!

Had a bowl first on sticky, restricted the opps to 97/10 and we just about limped over the line to win by 6 wickets. The key differences was opps poor fielding levels, missing several chances that probably would have won them the game.

Well, that was a weird game. It started with a 77-run opening partnership from Clarke and an average skilled 'batter' (allrounder for this game, I guess). Then there was a hattrick to take out my best batsmen. Then, when they only needed 18 runs in 3 overs to win, we took 6 wickets in those 3 overs to bowl them out. That included 4 wickets in 5 balls and would have been 5 in 6 but for a missed stumping to deny Moses a hattrick of his own.

Absolutely crazy game which leaves me 8 points clear of the relegation zone.
