Is it same for all levels or different?

I believe it's an extra 3% above the base training speed for each level.

Welcome to the game and glad you took the time to read thru some posts, there a plenty of little gems to find

And yes posts that appear to be missing are from people who have left the game

And finally certainly trng fielding first up to cap/reas/rel/accom depending on your level in the game is advisable
The alternate is to train some fielding then primary, rinse and repeat
Some strength doesnt hurt but not until 20 is my rule

No each player regardless of country has an equal chance at being a good player
Academy level is what governs the chance

And with the years of experience of having a luxurious academy, that "chance" is a $600 rubbish player with slightly higher sublevels...
