Okay ...

If a country has all of its available slots taken and no one turns bot by the end of the season (so a bot flush does nothing to open up spots), what happens when more teams want to move into the country than out of it?

Case in point: India's situation where there are 0 slots, 8 wanting in and 5 wanting out.

Does a batsman's captaincy have any impact on their ability to farm the strike?

is there a random element to how much experience a player receives from playing a match?

Yes but it is very small

In the previous WC, the semi finals were chosen based on overall performance across both divisions which led to the winners of each group playing the team who came second in the same group. It would be much better in my opinion if the semi finals could be winner of group 1 versus runner up in group 2 etc.

If we update our youth academy on Monday after the finance updates but before the training updates then on which level does the training take place?? the older level or the new one??

Are all triggered fielding [catch] opportunities from the same batsman to the same fielder of the same "difficulty" with the same chance of success?

No, each has a difficulty of between 0 and 100, which is compared to the fielder's weighted fielding summary skill

ie better fielders are able to catch the more difficult chances

As is commonly known, if a player plays in one competitive club match the previous week, that player has an increased chance of seeing his form rise rather than fall.

My question is that when a player goes away on a tour and assuming he plays a Nat game, does he also get an increased chance of seeing his form rise at the next update. Clearly, the answer should be yes (I would presume). However, I have seen a number of tourers drop in form when they return and I wonder if the code is simply checking the club matches to determine whether the player has played a match.

I should be grateful if you could check and advise.

Can the triggered talents of a bowler and a batsman facing each other trigger on the same delivery?

For instance: If a wristie with wrongun talent is bowling to a batsman with accumulator talent. If the bowler bowls a wrongun, could the batsman's accumulator talent trigger on the same delivery?

Do the Opener and Finisher talents apply to the same degree and for the same number of overs?

no

Also, if a player with Opener talent bats number 3 and goes in early due to fall of wicket does he still get the benefit of the Opener talent?

Flat rate, although I think maybe it shouldnt be.
