Season 59 has begun

We thought we should update people on things that have or have not been done.

• Afghanistan and Nepal have been added to the U20 countries and Youth Recruits are now active.
  Both have had several good YR and we are hopeful that they will be able to play competition games in the first season they turn 20, S63.

• Australia and India have had div 5 removed to bring them in line with the rest of the nations except England, they still are 30 odd over the limit.
  All 3 nations will remain closed for new teams until further notice.

• All countries who were slated to change time have now been updated, there is some issues with the schedule which we are working to clean up as soon as possible.

• We are trialing a new programmer and we hope they will be able to add to the team and increase the speed that we can get things tested and installed.
