New Countries Nat Managers

As many of you have already seen Afghanistan and Nepal are not only added to the game but have had Managers installed.
epcguy (Nepal) and nae199 (Afghanistan) have been given the task of interim managers during the lead in phase to their first actual election at the start of Season 62, in preparation for their first competitive games in Season 63.
Both of them are aware of what is required in the early stages to ensure the earliest possible start to their competitive journey.
They will have the ability to add assistants when the time comes for an increased workload etc.
We would like to thank them for their willingness to take on the roles of Nat Managers and other tasks involving the new nations at this early stage.
