129/10, have to take that from 68/6, but still a below par score. Really wasn't expecting anything from today's match anyway

Although Boag has just remembered he's actually a decent batsman, and doesn't have to hide from the ball

You've got a young team, those ratings aren't bad considering. Josiah Lord looks particularly useful going forward, took out my NT keeper for a duck

T. Julian (rfs) 10-0-53-1, M. Roberson 24 (41b), C. Paton 104 (85b)
End of over 50 (6 runs) - Ruff Royals(259-6) RR 5.18
Paton was excellent. Perhaps a rare example of a Finisher actually using his ability. I'm happy with that score considering we were 135-4 and 173-6. It still might not be enough.

P. Callaway (rfs) 1-0-4-0, M. Moyle 17 (35b), C. Fraser 19 (33b)
End of over 13 (4 runs) - Relegation reprobates(46-2). 214 runs required from 37 overs. RR 3.54 RRR 5.78
A decent start with my 24-year-old LF who I need to give more game time to. He's spectacular/spectacular so isn't amazing but I'll cross my fingers that he can do an okay job this season.

Ruff Royals won by 2 runs
Ruff Royals Relegation reprobates
Batting - Top Order 14,256 13,940
Batting - Middle Order 10,759 11,654
Batting - Tail 4,507 7,380
Bowling - Seam 12,518 (20) 13,296 (20)
Bowling - Spin 13,605 (30) 13,682 (30)
Fielding/Keeping 16,638 15,904
Overall 229,350 239,870
When they were 185-3 and 213-4 with a 260 total needed to win, I didn't think we had a chance. Some great late bowling from the spinners managed to turn it around for us. Callaway was expensive but took 4 wickets and was a big reason why we got back into the game. Happy with the 4 points although we didn't really deserve it.

J. Sweeney (rfm) 4-0-26-2, S. Holland 65 (40b), C. Martel 10 (10b)
End of over 15 (6 runs) - wolfberries(146-2) RR 9.73
Going well until
P. Palmer (rfs) 3-0-39-3, G. Ebeling 1 (1b), K. Hartigan 6 (1b)
End of over 18 (11 runs) - wolfberries(174-7) RR 9.67
Losing two wickets in one over then three in the 18th really isn't helping!

Not sure we have the bowling to defend that.

0.2.Rinaldi to Bertwistle : [dropped] Bertwistle drives upishly into the covers. Hope dives forward, but spills the ball when his elbows hit the deck. A nice change of pace from Rinaldi, but Bertwistle survives.
