End of over 6 (23 runs) - wolfberries(86-0) RR 14.33
Flat and sunny conditions I know, but Sheehan is on neutral orders while Chittleborough is aggressive

We bowled okay but not brilliantly. Williams was really economical though and picked up 2-19.
I thought we might struggle but there were 2 fantastic innings that got us the victory and allowed us to successfully chase 149. Gilbert was 52 not out in his final T20 game for us but Jupp was the star with 86 from 58 balls.

A terrible bowling performance meant we needed 172 to win. We managed to get to 159 but ran out of overs.
I picked 3 seamers; 2 of them took 0 wickets and the other one took 3 but went at 12.75 an over so not the best time for them on uneven.

Poor fielding has really hurt us today, but Sparks team was always favourites.

Yeah, we struggled to take wickets and my wicket-keeper, Gilbert, didn't exactly cover himself in glory in his last game for us. Not exactly the greatest fielding performance from us.wolfberries wrote: ↑Thu May 05, 2022 1:55 pmwolfberries Ruff Royals

Once again, I was pleased with Bullock and his 75. Dickerson celebrated a recent tech pop by beating his personal best and scoring 63.

Big game today against Relegation Reprobates, already at this early stage of the season it feels like a virtual must win if we're to have a chance of survival. Two pretty evenly matched teams, could be a close one. Won the toss and having a bat on cloudy/sticky.

There were 2 consecutive wickets from Ten Dam's yorker trigger talent to get us off to a nice start despite us dropping the first ball of their innings. We're struggling to take wickets though and it's looking like it's going to be a tough chase unless there's a spectacular collapse for them.

117/4 after 33, so no doubt will end up 130 odd all out by the 40 over mark
