The windy weather really helped the spinners despite it being a green pitch. One of my spinners picked up 3 wickets whilst the other one was economical. My medium pacer did pick up 3 wickets as well to go with his 25 runs when batting. Obuya was our best bat with 40 not out despite coming in at number 7.

We're now 8 points clear at the top and we're closing on a second successive title.

result: Won by 6 wickets. Outgunned on the ratings, but with opps playing three spinners on cloudy/uneven you can see why they're struggling this season. This win sees us safe for another season, all about trying to get in the prize money spots now.

Considering we managed to restrict them to only 159 on a flat pitch, we made hard work of the chase. Considering the match ratings though it was a great win.

The big negative was that our relegation rivals Snakey's Kent Stars also won against an Egham Town side that seemed like they needed to rest a few due to fatigue. We're still 4 points clear of 7th place.
