4 up from div 3 to make div 2
4 up from div 4 to fill div 3
4 down from div 3 plus what is left in div 4 to make div 4
Bots from div 2 and the other bots to fill in at the end

Won't it be too harsh to have the 5th placed team relegating and replaced by 4th placed team in a lower division? Wouldn't 3 up, 2 down be better?

PS- no personal interest involved as I won't be finishing 5th.

I would think no team in Div 3 should relegate, and the standard 2 up from Div 4 into Div 3 when those 4 teams promote into Div 2.
You may also find issues with Div 4 for leagues that have more than 48 teams promoting (1-4) from Div 5.

As Chepu mentioned, hard on those finishing 5th in Div 3 relegating to Div 4 and below a team finishing 4th in Div 4.

yeah I do understand but I will need to check it out, mindful of it is what we said when we started YT20
Been a couple of glitches but it was the intention, if we change then I need to announce it very soon

You announced 4 up, 8 down for 3 seasons? Works to fill up a higher bot-full division, but not really between 2 divisions with teams.

Teams that are ranked 17th-20th this season (5th in a Div 3) will drop to Div 4, while teams ranked 33rd-48th (1st & 2nd in Div 4) will move up to Div 3 and all likely to move up to Div 2 the following season.

We did say that we meant 4 and 4, Summit was a bit newer to this side of the game and I didn't pick it up
And in the smaller nations 2 down will probably suffice and it can be different for those and the bigger nations

No, calculation is the same so either their fielding was better or you were just unlucky

For the record second to last game there was a drop at ball 6.6
and first game it was only 2 checks
