Well you know what I mean. Off topic, but one of the main reasons, I think, FTP is not gaining any traction in new user base is it's mobile presence. Newer generations/Millennials just don't do desktops anymore and FTP is not mobile friendly at all. Setting orders, in mail message are few examples.
For my work we are in a similar situation. We work in a tech product where our customer is mainly desktop users and our mobile presence is awful. so we are not able to penetrate new user market but we are working on this.
Maybe ash should consider this when he finds his mojo back!
