Find a Mentor

Completely new here...i know seldom about strategizing here...so have been losing back to back inspite of being more rated than the opponent...plz can someone mentor me?

Played this game a long time ago, and have just got back into it these past few weeks. Have started out in NZ leagues but hoping to move to England at end of season if there is a space there.

I remember most of the basics, but wouldn't mind a helping hand on a couple of points.

I have especially made a lot of moves in the transfer market and fear I've probably purchased both too many players and also potentially some sub par ones at that.

If someone would be willing to look over rmy team and suggest who is and isn't worth keeping them that would be great.

I have just joined tonight and find it a little like a "Rabbit in the headlights" but guess I will get there eventually. I would like a mentor, not necessarily to give me the answers but to point me in the right direction.

I have some experience with sports simulation/management so not totally un-educated, played a lot of RL cricket in my time so have some knowledge in that respect but think this could be a little different and will need some guidance.

Happy to accept anyone who has a little time to help out this "newbie"
