As you are in one of the smaller countries then yes you will end up in div 4 after EOS

At the moment, yes. End of each season the bot teams shuffle to the bottom of the leagues and this causes the re-shuffle.

Whether management choose to change things in future we don't know... :whistle

Not every season, but it's quite common for teams to be moved sideways at EOS! Not sure exactly why, presumably something to do with balancing the strength of leagues within the same division. This seaon my main team has been moved to a much stronger Div 3 one-day league than the one I was in before. :(
