Hi

Just interested in the role of the captain.

* it appears that the advantage of a good captain is linked to experience level. Is this correct?
* does the team with the better captain increase the wicket taking options / reduce number of scoring opportunities (assuming other factors are equal)? And if so, does that mean that fielding is improved by having a high level captain?
* does the captain gain levels by playing matches in the role of captain (similar to experience)?
* what is the highest level of captain?

I would like to have youths first but cant find the setting for the switch with seniors being first now for the last 3 seasons

When looking at the "overall grid" of your squad, what do the underlined and green skill words mean? I am assuming they leveled up. If this is true, is there red and underlined skill word meaning they have leveled down?

Is there a member option to see Previous youth pulls of my club... just curious to see if I’ve ever pulled a Pom before today’s random pull.

Maths was never my best subject but I've worked it out that players currently 20 & 11 wks will be the oldest players available for the first Tour, is this correct?

Players will grow older at week 15 correct
So it would be 20.14 and then 21.0 the following week.
Or would it be week 16.
And For a mid season graduate,Will the player receive youth training first then graduate or graduate first and get his next training on Wednesday with the seniors

week 15 they promote and it occurs before trng so they will train with seniors that week
