I'd get fielding to expert first(Or atleast aim for it before he turns 24) if not outstanding. Then either AR till he's at reliable batting or pure bowl/tech

Just popped in bat and bowling. Gonna get another level of fielding but how much more batting do you reakon I could give him?

Bowler. You'll never make him a keeper-bat with that dreadful tech. Hammer bowling technique for the entirety of Youths and you might turn him into a reasonable player.

I'd get another level of fielding first then bowl/tech till next seasons EOS with maybe getting power to average. Then a I'd imagine a couple of levels of power at 24. Or reasses at 24
