Agree with Smiddie Here, a couple levels of fielding then AR training and look at reasonable batting. Then go pure bowling/tech from there

A couple of general questions: typically how much batting should one train on a bowler if the idea is to make him a decent lower order bat and not a proper AR? And what is a good time to do it? Early on or once you get him to a certain level on the bowling front?
Specifically, I have an OBB RM with Finisher talent in my affiliate team ...but his batting is only at Poor. Is it worth working on it at all to get some juice out of the talent or just let it go? My academy is lavish.
