As you say he'll never be anything fancy but I'm guessing he will do the job for you in your Divisions
Thanks for a serious answer. most times I get a "sell him, buy better" answer.
Selling him won't be a bad tactic at all mate. You are paying so much on academies, and if you train the 'right guys' in it. You CAN go Division 1.
But that's a long road! I'd imagine he's just getting a proper footing in this game now plus looking at his divisions, this player is all he needs a for a couple of seasons. Then each season that progresses he could slowly add new better 20y olds at EOS which will give him a good team eventually.

It can be, but going off his reply it seems he wants to train his players, not replace him as you have stated.

Yeah I agree there. I'd only think he's there for a short time, but he moss aswell stay there till EOS until he can get those nice cheap 20y olds.
I'm sure we both agree he could get a better younger player and develop him more, though he was looking for training advice :thumbsup

You need to get that fielding value up, so I'd keep him on Fielding until it reaches Expert, then switch back to Batting.

He'll never really be a strong bowler starting at poor this time of season. I'd just go fielding then pump tech
