I'd go straight batsmen, so fielding to reasonable then pump bat tech then maybe another fielding pop

I had miracle luck that this guy increased in both endurance and power after only a couple of weeks since signing him!

I'd go power to expert then batting/or tech next season then power right through 27 whcih should get him close to exceptional

For all but the best ARs you need to sacrifice something in their trng; sometimes its fielding, sometimes its strength or sometimes a bit of both
I sacrifice a bit of fielding as a youth for them but still look to reas as a minimum

I'd give him one more fielding pop, then bowling until he's 25.

Power/Endurance until they are both exceptional then back to Bowling until he's 30.

Other people train differently though, some might say take his fielding to spectacular, some might say save power until 26 and train endurance once power is exceptional until he's 30. He looks well rounded so could go a few ways with him.
