MOTM: Question

I don't usually pay much attention to the MOTM, but this caught my eye.

Two players, one on each side, scored 101*.
They earned the same Fantasy Points (126) but the one from the losing team who also had the lower strike rate won MOTM. Is this intentional?

I thought it might be influenced by his WK performance, but he had no hand in any wicket.

So, I'm just curious why the batter who oversaw a perfect chase and scored at the higher SR didn't get the MOTM nod.

They had the same amoint of points, not sure if theres a tie breaker or its just a random order.
I think points for s/r are allocated in bands so 86 and 97 may give the same amount of points.
If there is a difference there, there also may be a modifier for % of team runs scored iirc
