I'm fairly happy at the current level of power is, will probably go to exceptional maybe later down the track. Do you guys reckon put on fielding and get maybe 2 or 3 pops or just go keeper bat?

I would do the following:

Top one fielding to capable then hammer bowling for 3 seasons.

Bottom one fielding to capable then probably bowling as he seems more advanced in that and he might as well be a bowler who can bat a bit than waste the ratings if a batsman as he is talentless. He's 17 so no point making him an AR.
