I reakon go fielding till expert then KB till exceptional bat/tech then maybe some fitness/strength training

I would do the following:
Top one fielding to capable then hammer bowling for 3 seasons.
Bottom one fielding to capable then probably bowling as he seems more advanced in that and he might as well be a bowler who can bat a bit than waste the ratings if a batsman as he is talentless. He's 17 so no point making him an AR.

I'd go straight batsmen. Another level of fielding then bat/tech
