Nothing less than reas/ave or ave/reas with decent secondaries at 16yo (adjust appropriately for age). Ie u19 players or equivalent.
VERY high prices paid for Sri Lankan players that meet the above standards.
Lots of dosh to blow.
Repeating for emphasis: BRILLIANT players, not GREAT players.
