Its probably best to sell him then. His value is high now. If he stays at you and trains in excellent facilities it will slowly drop and drop. Since other teams could train him faster he wont reach his full potential at your team. Thats fine and dandy so long as your happy to keep him and let him play for your youth team. Though right now i think you would e talking at least 250k for him.
