I have this player in my squad. He has 4100 spares and I have an Excellent SA. Is there any chance of getting him to outs/outs/outs and his fielding to at least Accomplished. I am planning to focus on Strength when he turns 25, a bit later than i would like but he is a spinner and gifted power so it affords me the later start. Not sure how he was trained before I baught him, but when I got him I put him straight on fielding for 5 weeks then he popped to Capable since then he has been on Bowling till EOS.

22 years | 47,195 rating | $6,412 wage (0% discount)

Left hand batsman | Left arm Finger spin
Talents Gifted (Power), Boundary Hitter
Nationality Australia Australia
Form reasonable
Fatigue rested
Experience capable
Captaincy reasonable
Skills Summary
Batsman accomplished
Bowler accomplished
Keeper average
Allrounder accomplished

Skills
Batting accomplished Endurance capable
Bowling reliable Technique expert
Keeping average Power ordinary
Fielding capable
Depending on sublevels
Assuming n sublevels in field it will be 9-10 wks to accom
Assum 50% in bat and bowl on AR trng, 35 wks till bat pops to outs then a further 21 till bowling does the same
Tech would be close to spec assum no sub levels
A few weeks on strength to cap and he would be turning 27

Think it's worth giving him the extra fielding pop or just leave him on bowling tech/bowling for 4 years? Academy is lavish.

Given all the circumstances you presented and the fact that he is already 25, I would go to cap maybe rel
That's about as far as I take a spinner regardless of batting tbh
