Do total academy investments for each country have any effect on the distribution of youth recruits each season? Is it random as to which country gets the better recruits or is there a method to it?

I can tell you that the total academy investment per country has no effect on it
It is purely what academy level you have at the financial update that effects the quality of the YP

Could someone please tell me the weeks that the ODI & T20 U19 tours happen please?

Just want to workout when I will lose some of my Y players to plan ahead.
