Have to agree with thebof on this one
KB for as long as I can, Bat tech to keep the tech up plus a little bit of fielding when that falls 3 levels behind

Cheers for the advice, 2-1 for WK-Bat so will try that and see how he goes.

Whatever you need really. Plenty of spares and a wage that suggest bowling could be close to a pop

Two nice players....but I have no idea, to be honest. Both quite challenging

Train fielding on both to at least reasonable then figure it out? :)

If you were pushing me for an answer, I'd make the 2nd guy a bowler

This is the part of training I still don't have any grasp of. What determines whether an ave/ave/ave/ave bat/bowl/tech/keep guy should become a bat/bowl/AR/wk

I get you can look at the talents/traits & bat/bowler type, but say we had an average dude across the board with:
RHB / RFM
Skilled Technique

What would be the play here?

If that same guy was
LHB / RM
I guess the steer would be batsman?

But if RHB / LWS
Perhaps bowler?

Welcome back

Fielding to reas/cap if not a top up later and primaries till 21 (youth age has been lifted)
Another field pop will be good but depends on your academy and where he is at 20.5
