Youth recruit quality is random but influenced by the level of your academy

Yes but the schedule has been lagging behind at times, which is why I was asking. Schedule still states 6pm for England but I thought this may have been changed when the youth 20/20 was introduced.

Form updates remain at the time in the schedule
The EOS form update was moved to make sure it happens before NZ YT20, that may be your confusion

Relatedly: the rules say that form is minorly positively affected by playing at least one competitive game during the previous week. Does this mean "competitive games since the previous form update" (i.e. each week's matches in the context of form starts with a senior 20/20 match and ends with a youth 20/20 match)?

Do you mean the banked points?

Or just the ratings points which is 2 for a win, 1 for a loss. 10 bonus pts for each tour in div 1 and 5 for div 2.

Any confirmation yet for how many teams promote/relegate in the Youth Twenty20 leagues?
Particularly between Div 3 and 4.
