Hey Guys,

Here's this weeks update:
16YO Youth Recruits with over $1,000 wage: 27 (5 up on last week again!)

16YO Players: 2 Squad Batsman, 6 Fringe Batsman (1 Keeper), 1 Squad Bowler (1x LFM), 6 Fringe Bowlers (1x RF, 3x RFM, 1x RM 1x RWS), 1 Fringe A/R (RFS)

17YO Players: 2 Squad Batsman, 8 Fringe Batsman, 4 Squad Bowlers (1x RF, 1x RFM, 2x RM) and 5 Fringe Bowlers (1x LFM, 2x RM, 2x LFS), 1 Fringe A/R (RM)

18YO Players: 4 Squad Batsman, 14 Fringe Batsman (1 Keeper), 3 Squad Bowlers (1x RF, 2x RM), 9 Fringe Bowlers (1x RFM, 2x LM, 1x RM, 5x RFS), 1 Fringe A/R (RFS)

19YO Players: 2 Squad Batsman, 9 Fringe Batsman (1 Keeper), 2 Squad Bowlers (1x RM, 1x RFS), 7 Fringe Bowlers (1x LM, 4x RM, 1 x LFS, 1x RFS), 1 Fringe A/R (LM)

Any comments on the tour? It was a disastrous result for us to finish 5th but 4 other countries also only managed to wins in our division and placings came down to NRR. (something to consider for future tours.) We had a lot of misfortune and we should be able to come home with better results in the upcoming tours.
I see Philpott took 7 wkts. 3-49, and Pelser 205 runs, HS 86 from 4 matches. Any other players worth getting a mention?

Would of been nice to beat Bangladesh. Goosen made a great debut but 2 spinners wasn't enough.
Good Luck with the next tour Simmo. We weren't that far off this time and we have a good squad this season.

Thanks for the comments Boscorp. The tour was a disaster all round really and one we would like to learn from and move forward (I have only just come out of the fetal position and the shock of it

). Not a lot went right and you have those games sometimes.
The players you mentioned above were our best performers. Philpott as a 19yo with the worst summary of all the bowlers was a shining light. Says something about the poor performance of the other 20yo bowlers when a Reliable summary 19yo can out bowl Expert summary 20yo's! Pelser did well for us and will be important again. Would be nice to get more from our star batsmen Kusano, he had a poor tour by his standards so hopefully he bounces back.
Sticky, Dry and Green pitches for this T20 tour so it will likely be spin dominated. We are looking forward to doing a lot better this tour and then the following OD tour.

He was economical against Bangladesh and also managed to chip in with the bat. I've selected him to tour for the T20's so he has a chance to redeem himself. Was surprised he didn't take any wickets tbh. His form is now up and his summary looks better as a result so expecting better performances from him this time around

That was a nice first up win for us. Getting the opportunity to send them in to bat first on the sticky paid off well with the breeze allowing us to dominate with the bowling advantage and combine with strong fielding. Well played guys.
