Paton has come in on aggressive and has got it right so far. We could do with at least one of these two getting a big score.

Re: England League and Cup Discussion
I said my orders were reasonable but completely forgot that it was international week so I'll have 2 players missing which will have screwed up my orders somewhat. Despite having my wicketkeeper playing, it will be a batsman that will be keeping wicket and I think my spin allrounder might be opening the bowling.
B. MacDoyo (lfs) 10-0-32-1, A. Ten Dam 1 (1b), A. Diaz 6 (6b)
End of over 50 (6 runs) - Ruff Royals(230-9) RR 4.60
Normally, I'd be reasonably confident that this was be a good total but with my failure to set orders I'm not so sure.

End of over 1 (13 runs) - Bathaloner(13-0). 218 runs required from 49 overs. RR 13.00 RRR 4.45
Okay, I've lost as it looks like the game has decided to bowl my back-up wicketkeeper instead of the allrounder that came in. I've only myself to blame.

Having been close to broke a few seasons back, feed me prize money happily.

Re: England League and Cup Discussion
It was actually looking quite good for us with us getting them to 121-6 but we've not taken a wicket since. My back-up keeper, who is bowling, even managed a couple of wickets although he went for 70+ runs.Monsieurflibble wrote: ↑Fri Jun 19, 2020 12:17 pmSpark doing his best to make this league interesting it seems.

End of over 38 (4 runs) - Bathaloner(195-7). 36 runs required from 12 overs. RR 5.13 RRR 3.00
Still in with a slight chance of a win but I get the feeling they'll manage to go at 3 runs an over for the rest of the game.

A massive let-off for my side.
It was largely the batting that got me out of trouble with a 46 from Solomon, 56 from Kirk, and 46 from Paton. Callaway also deserves a mention for picking up 4 wickets.
